MoU between AMCA and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration

2024-09-05

During the Second Armenian Arbitration Week, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) and the Milan Chamber of Arbitration signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

The Milan Chamber of Arbitration, one of Europe’s prominent arbitration institutions, operates under the Milan Chamber of Commerce and provides arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution services.

The Memorandum establishes a framework for deepening mutual knowledge, fostering professional development, and building a strong and mutually beneficial institutional relationship.

Under the agreement, the Parties will exchange knowledge, experience, and best practices in arbitration and mediation, while actively promoting these mechanisms as effective tools for resolving disputes. They will also inform each other about seminars and training opportunities, supporting continuous legal education and capacity building.

In addition, AMCA and CAM will mutually promote each other’s conferences, events, and publications, and may facilitate the use of their premises for hearings and professional gatherings.

This cooperation represents an important step in expanding international partnerships and strengthening the role of both institutions in the global ADR community.
