MODEL MEDIATION CLAUSE
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA). The mediation shall be conducted by mediator(s) appointed/confirmed by AMCA, who shall carry out the mediation in accordance with the Rules. The mediation case shall be administered by AMCA. The place of mediation shall be [Yerevan, Armenia], and the language of the mediation shall be [Armenian].
MODEL MED-ARB CLAUSE
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Mediation Rules of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA). The mediation shall be conducted by mediator(s) appointed/confirmed by AMCA, who shall carry out the mediation in accordance with the Rules. The mediation case shall be administered by AMCA. If the dispute, or any part thereof, is not settled through mediation within [reasonable time] from the date of submission of the request to mediate under the AMCA Mediation Rules, the parties agree to resolve any remaining matters by arbitration in accordance with the AMCA Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in [Yerevan, Armenia] and the language of the arbitration will be [Armenian].
