MoU between AMCA and EODID

2025-11-03

Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA) and the EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking the beginning of a new phase of international cooperation in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

EODID Athens Mediation & Arbitration Organization is an alternative dispute resolution services provider, aiming at enabling the prompt, cost-effective, and efficient resolution of any dispute eligible for mediation and/or arbitration.

Under the signed Memorandum of Understanding, the Parties agreed to actively cooperate in promoting international arbitration and mediation. In this context, they will, where possible, facilitate, co-organize, and co-host lectures, conferences, and seminars in their respective jurisdictions, as well as exchange institutional visits of duly appointed representatives.

The Parties will also promote each other’s arbitration and mediation services on a non-exclusive basis, recommending them to existing and potential users where appropriate. Furthermore, they may, upon request and in accordance with their internal policies, share lists of qualified arbitrators, mediators, and experts.

The cooperation will also include the exchange of general information, professional insights, and publications related to alternative dispute resolution, contributing to the broader development and accessibility of ADR mechanisms.
