AMCA Representative Participated in Arbitration Conference in Georgia

Norayr Baghdasaryan, a lawyer of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, participated in the conference “Arbitration & ADR in Georgia and the Wider Region” in Tbilisi. The event is of great importance in terms of getting to know the developments in the field of arbitration and mediation in the region and sharing experience. During the event, the main issues of ADR, including arbitration, were discussed, including new developments and challenges in the region, energy and infrastructure disputes.

The conference was also attended by Hayk Hovhannisyan, a member of the Arbitration Council of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, who, within the framework of the panel discussion, also addressed AMCA.

The event was organized by ICC Georgia, Gvinadze & Partners LLC, and Commercial Law Development Program (CLDP). These meetings and discussions greatly contributed to the expansion of regional and international cooperation.
