The Memorandum reflects the Parties’ shared interest in advancing arbitration as a preferred method for resolving international disputes and in strengthening professional ties between Armenia and Russia.
Under the Memorandum, the Parties agreed to organize joint events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and training programs in Armenia and Russia.
The Parties also intend to exchange information, publications, and professional contacts, as well as to recommend candidates from their respective lists of arbitrators and mediators for appointment in specific cases.
