A cooperation agreement has been signed between the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Under this agreement, the parties have undertaken to collaborate on the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, to organize joint events, and to mutually promote each other’s conferences, seminars, and other initiatives.
In accordance with the agreement, the parties may also propose arbitrators and mediators from their respective rosters for specific cases.
Recognizing the importance of academic cooperation, the parties have further agreed to exchange publications on arbitration and mediation in both electronic and printed formats.
