AMCA hosted the representatives of the RA Ministry of Justice
On January 29, representatives of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, led by the Minister of Justice, Grigor Minasyan, visited the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA).
The Minister of Justice and the delegation, accompanied by AMCA’s Director, Tatevik Matinyan, toured the Center and were introduced to its structure, activities, and ongoing work.
Referring to AMCA’s activities, Grigor Minasyan noted: “The development of arbitration and mediation in Armenia is a necessity of the time, and it is encouraging to see the establishment of such a professional Center in our country. Its advanced arbitration and mediation rules, as well as the support of reputable experts, can contribute to the development of legal culture in Armenia.”
Tatevik Matinyan presented the importance of establishing arbitration and mediation institutions and outlined the services provided by the Center, also addressing the need for legislative reforms in the field, the expansion of cooperation with the courts, and the development of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
