During the conference, a number of topical and practically significant issues in international arbitration were discussed, including the limits of arbitrability, the need for revisiting arbitration procedures, the relationship between domestic courts and investment arbitration, the complexities of construction and infrastructure arbitration, as well as recent developments in investment arbitration.
AMCA representatives engaged in professional networking and collaborative discussions with international partners and experts, particularly on matters related to construction and infrastructure arbitration, investment disputes, procedural efficiency, and the development of regional cooperation.
Participation in the conference provided a valuable opportunity to explore leading international approaches, strengthen professional ties, and present AMCA’s presence and engagement in regional and international arbitration developments.
