During 2025–2026, AMCA registered and administered 355 mandatory mediation cases, including a number of international disputes. In addition to administering mandatory mediation proceedings, the Center organized mediator training programs, facilitated professional discussions, implemented extensive public awareness initiatives, developed practical guidance materials, and continued the digitalization of mediation services through the e-AMCA platform.

We are confident that the continued development of the mandatory mediation framework will further strengthen the culture of peaceful and collaborative dispute resolution in Armenia and encourage the wider use of mediation in civil disputes.

We extend our sincere appreciation to AMCA mediators Aharon Stepanyan, Anahit Sargsyan, Anahit Tamrazyan, Arevik Mkrtchyan, Davit Gharibyan, Davit Tovmasyan, Zaruhi Papoyan, Zoya Yayloyan, Hayk Barseghyan, Manush Mirzoyan, Mariam Hakobyan, Natalya Adamyan, Nune Pepanyan, Rustam Grigoryan, Sarkis Isoyan, and Syuzanna Poghosyan for their outstanding professionalism in handling mandatory mediation cases.
