Enforcement and annulment of an arbitral award (Available only in Armenian)
The handbook titled “Enforcement and Annulment of Arbitral Awards: Judicial Assistance to Arbitration” has been developed by AMCA. Prepared through the joint efforts of the Center’s expert Mesrop Manukyan and Director Lilit Petrosyan, the handbook is intended for judges and aims to present the international standards and practices formed regarding the situations described and the issues raised in the handbook, as well as the opinions of leading experts in the field. The handbook may be used by courts as an interpretative resource when exercising their powers in matters related to the enforcement and annulment of domestic arbitral awards, as well as judicial assistance to arbitration.
