The Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia has developed “Arbitration Dictionary”, which is the first manual of its kind in domestic literature. It serves as an English-Armenian dictionary related to the field of arbitration, as well as an explanatory and terminological dictionary. This arbitration dictionary is intended for students, professors, graduate students, arbitrators, other arbitration practitioners interested in the field of arbitration, as well as for citizens who plan to resolve their dispute through arbitration.

The "Arbitration in 60 Questions" manual is designed as a comprehensive guide to understanding the most frequently encountered issues in the field of arbitration. In recent decades, arbitration has gained popularity as an effective method for resolving disputes outside of traditional courtrooms, offering flexibility, confidentiality, efficiency, and other significant advantages. However, the growing use of arbitration in the Republic of Armenia and several other jurisdictions has highlighted the need for an in-depth exploration of this innovative alternative dispute resolution method, which this manual aims to provide.

This is a complete guide to 2025 Arbitration week program — from the main conference and side events to speakers and networking opportunities. 

The handbook titled “Enforcement and Annulment of Arbitral Awards: Judicial Assistance to Arbitration” has been developed by AMCA. Prepared through the joint efforts of the Center’s expert Mesrop Manukyan and Director Lilit Petrosyan, the handbook is intended for judges and aims to present the international standards and practices formed regarding the situations described and the issues raised in the handbook, as well as the opinions of leading experts in the field. The handbook may be used by courts as an interpretative resource when exercising their powers in matters related to the enforcement and annulment of domestic arbitral awards, as well as judicial assistance to arbitration.
