Artak Shadyan started his professional activity in the public sector, then continued in the financial and banking sector. Currently, Artak is the co-founding director of the “Shadyan” law firm, where he manages the debt collection team. Since 2019, he is an arbitrator in the arbitration institution attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia. He Specializes in resolving marital disputes, recovery problematic loans. He has also participated in extrajudicial and judicial negotiations. Additionally, he has specialized in the areas of litigation, bankruptcy and banking law. He also represents clients in these areas.
