Ofelya Harutyunyan is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, civil, and administrative law. She began her career by providing general legal services for a company involved in the import and export of chemical materials and equipment, gaining valuable expertise in corporate law. She later advanced to a senior lawyer role at a prominent commercial bank, where she further honed her legal skills. 

Currently, she is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia and practices at “Hayts” Law Firm, focusing on civil and administrative law while providing corporate legal services to major companies in Armenia. Additionally, Ofelya is a licensed mediator, actively involved in family, corporate, and various civil law disputes. Her career reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-quality legal solutions across a range of sectors.
