Gagik Grigoryan is a partner of “HAP” law firm. He is a lawyer and conducts negotiations for the conclusion of complex transactions and the resolution of legal disputes, as well as protecting the rights and interests of clients in complex legal disputes, in court and in arbitration.
Gagik trains bankruptcy managers at the College of Bankruptcy Managers. He is also a mediator accredited by the British CEDR.
Gagik carried out judicial and extrajudicial mediations in legal disputes between banks, credit organizations and legal entities and citizens. He also mediated a complex international corporate dispute. He represented parties’ interests during mediation processes.
