Previously, he was a partner at Rybalkin, Gortsunyan, Dyakin & Partners, where he advised on high stakes matters across multiple jurisdictions, including Yerevan and Moscow. He also served as Head of the Legal Team at the Delegation of the European Union to Armenia, where he was responsible for legal oversight and strategic advisory on EU-related matters.
Earlier in his career, he worked as counsel to the Armenian Development Agency, advising the Government of Armenia on legal and investment matters. His professional background reflects a strong blend of private practice and public sector experience, with a focus on international law and arbitration.
