Eligiusz Krześniak is the managing partner of the Warsaw office of a global law firm – Squire Patton Boggs and Professor and head of the Department of Commercial Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Lazarski University in Warsaw, where he teaches business and arbitration law.

Prof. Krześniak is also the President of the Polish Arbitration Association.

He is listed among recommended arbitrators by leading Polish (KIG, Lewiatan) and international (CAS in Lausanne, Switzerland and Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal in Doha, Qatar) arbitration institutions.

For years, he has been featured in such rankings as Chambers Europe and The Legal 500 as one of the leading lawyers in Poland and internationally.

Acting as arbitrator in numerous arbitration cases in proceedings under the KIG and Lewiatan Rules.
