A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Faculty of Law of YSU and AMCA with the aim of promoting the improvement of legal education and scientific research in the field of alternative dispute resolution.
Driven by interest in arbitration and conciliation, AMCA continues the series of meetings with the aim of increasing student awareness of arbitration, arbitration disputes, their resolution and mechanisms.
AMCA Director Tatevik Matinyan and Deputy Director Lilit Petrosyan introduced the students to the essence of arbitration and mediation, the work of the Center and possible cooperation in the future.
The meeting was concluded with question and answer and discussion of future cooperation prospects.
