The Code was developed in collaboration with the AMCA’s Mediation Advisory Council (Corrado Mora, Mushegh Manukyan, and Vanik Margaryan).
It sets out clear standards of conduct for mediators included in the AMCA’s list, aimed at upholding the principles of mediation, enhancing the efficiency of the mediation process, contributing to the institutional development of mediation, promoting high professional standards, and strengthening public trust.

The Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia has developed “Arbitration Dictionary”, which is the first manual of its kind in domestic literature. It serves as an English-Armenian dictionary related to the field of arbitration, as well as an explanatory and terminological dictionary.
The words found in the dictionary refer to the basic concepts of commercial and investment arbitration, the knowledge of which is an indisputably necessary prerequisite for carrying out activities in the field of arbitration.
This arbitration dictionary is intended for students, professors, graduate students, arbitrators, other arbitration practitioners interested in the field of arbitration, as well as for citizens who plan to resolve their dispute through arbitration.
