Lena Minasyan has extensive professional experience in the media and communications sector, having held several leadership positions over the years. From 2012 to 2013, she served as the editor and PR coordinator at the “AM” law firm.

Between 2013 and 2018, Lena worked as an editor and later as a team coordinator at tert.am, the news platform of PanArmenian Media Group. From 2016 to 2018, she was also the editor of foreign broadcasts at Public Radio of Armenia. From 2018 to 2020, Lena served as Chief of Staff at Quartet Media. Between 2019 and 2021, she led Media Republic as its founding director. From 2020 to 2023, she was the Director of the Media Academy of the Public Television Company of Armenia.

Since January 2023, Lena Minasyan has been serving as Chief of Staff at the Public Television Company of Armenia.
