On December 27-29, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia organized a training course for its staff. The training was carried out by Sergey Tantushyan, a specialist in business strategy and effective communication, and a lecturer at the American University in Armenia. Participants were introduced to the importance of rational decision-making in the performance of job duties and development of the staff. 

Within the framework of the training, the lecturer also presented the importance of self-awareness and ways to achieve it, the need to provide communication and feedback in working relationships. The importance of receiving feedback on the work performed and the best way to implement it were studied and presented in the form of a role play. 
At the end, the methods of solving labor conflicts were presented to the participants.
