The series of speeches was concluded by Levon Golendukhin, co-chairman of the Armenian Programs Committee of the “Armenian Bar Association”, member of the AMCA Board of Trustees, presenting arbitration as the best method for resolving commercial disputes/the role and tactics of the representative during the proceedings. Within the framework of the speech, issues related to written communication in arbitration proceedings, formation of arbitration tribunal, validity of arbitration agreement, recognition and enforcement of arbitration award were discussed in detail.
