Although some intellectual property disputes are still primarily resolved in domestic courts, the number of intellectual property cases submitted to arbitration continues to increase.
Tatevik Matinyan, director of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, was invited to the Global IP Forum as a speaker, where he spoke about the advantages of resolving the dispute through arbitration, including confidentiality, the importance of a narrow specialist – the arbitrator, effective resolution of the dispute in a short period of time, etc.
Global IP Forum is an annual event dedicated to International Intellectual Property Day organized by the Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers in Armenia and the Armenian General Benevolent Union.
