Tatevik Matinyan, director of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, in New York had meeting with representatives of the Armenian Bar Association (ABA), co-founder of AMCA. During the meeting, Mrs. Matinyan presented the features of the arbitration center’s activity and emphasized the importance of a similar international center for improving the investment environment in the Republic of Armenia. In addition, the approaches of AMCA as a permanent arbitration and mediation institution and the vision of the development of the sector were also discussed. Director of the AMCA Tatevik Matinyan also met American Arbitration Association (AAA)-International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) partners, introducing AMCA to them. During the meeting, the ways and possibilities of further possible cooperation between the company, which has been active for 50 years and AMCA were also discussed.
