Hayk is an Assistant Professor at King’s College London where he teaches arbitration and private international law. He has over 10 years of experience in arbitration, both commercial and investment, having previously worked at Dechert and Cleary Gottlieb. Currently, he practices international arbitration and sits as an arbitrator. Hayk is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales. He is a member of the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce and of the Council of AMCA. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Hayk Kupelyants has practised arbitration, both commercial and investment, for over a decade. He acted as counsel in arbitrations conducted under ICC, LCIA, SCC, ICSID, UNCITRAL and other arbitration rules.
