In the framework of Second Annual Armenian International Arbitration Conference AMCA’s Director Tatevik Matinyan and SVAMC’s Vice President, Dorothee Schramm signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Under this new collaboration, both organizations will jointly organize conferences, seminars, courses, workshops, and other events aimed at enhancing knowledge and practice in international arbitration. These events will be held virtually, in-person, or in hybrid formats, providing legal professionals, arbitrators, and disputing parties with flexible opportunities for learning and engagement. A key element of the agreement is the mutual promotion of each organization’s Arbitrator List. Both AMCA and SVAMC will inform their members and appointees about the value of joining each other’s Arbitrator List. This initiative aims to create broader opportunities for arbitrators while maintaining the independence of each organization’s selection process. This partnership takes effect immediately, and both organizations are committed to working closely to support the growth of international arbitration in Armenia and globally. Together, AMCA and SVAMC will strive to benefit legal professionals and disputing parties, furthering the accessibility and quality of arbitration services.
