Simeon Poghosyan, head of the law firm “Simeon Poghosyan LLC” operating in Cyprus, and Tatevik Matinyan, director of AMCA, signed a memorandum of cooperation.

By signing the memorandum, AMCA aims to position Armenia as a platform for resolving international disputes, to ensure the increase of confidence of international investors and to contribute to the creation of favorable conditions for the business environment.

By entering into this memorandum, the parties intend to cooperate in the development and promotion of alternative dispute resolution methods, which includes the exchange of knowledge, best practices and the organization of joint activities and the inclusion of the AMCA arbitration clause in contracts.

After the signing, Tatevik Matinyan had a productive meeting with Simeon Poghosyan and CYSEC AML manager and lawyer Angelina Alyabiyeva, where possible future cooperation and ADR development were discussed in detail both in Cyprus and Armenia.
