Memorandum between AMCA and SCC

During Swedish Arbitration Week, Tatevik Matinyan, the Director and Secretary General of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of ArmenIa, met with Caroline Falkoner, the Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institute, to discuss the prospects of cooperation between AMCA and SCC.

During the meeting, Director Tatevik Matinyan emphasized that the focus should not be on competition but rather on combining efforts to develop a new arbitration thinking. In her turn, Caroline Falkoner emphasised that AMCA has achieved success in a short period of time, and the Stockholm Arbitration Center is ready to support the further development of the center.

On the 14th of November, two centers signed a memorandum of cooperation for the sake of development of the institution of arbitration, and to overcome challenges.
