She is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in legal consulting, advising, and academic roles. She has been a lecturer at the Armenian-Russian University since 2014 and a legal adviser to the Executive Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund since February 2021. Her previous roles include serving as a lawyer for ALTERNATIVE CREATIVE NETWORK LLC, as responsible for contracts at World Vision International (Armenian branch), and as a case manager and legal consultant at ADR Partners LLC. She has been an active member of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia since 2020 and is also a licensed mediator, certified by both the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia and the international CEDR organization. She has participated in numerous international training courses in negotiations, mediation, and arbitration. And in 2015, she conducted scientific research at UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law).
