Samvel, a dedicated and versatile legal professional, has built an impressive career spanning both private practice and corporate law, with a strong focus on social impact and international collaboration. Since 2018, Samvel has been a partner at “Mkoyan & Partners” law firm, providing expert legal services across various domains. They also co-founded and served as a partner in “Service Center,” a legal and accounting company based in Georgia. 

Previously, they served as the Deputy Executive Director of the “Javakhkin Support” Foundation, where they managed legal and financial matters from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they contributed as a Trainer-Expert for the German Savings Bank Foundation for International Cooperation between. 

Since 2017, they have been an active member of Armenia’s anti-corruption coalition, working closely with the CPCs of Armenia to support anti-corruption efforts. They also served as a member of the Association of Young Lawyers of Europe from 2015 to 2017 and held the position of Head of the “Support to Support” Foundation office from 2014 to 2017, offering legal expertise to further the foundation’s initiatives. 

Their extensive experience also includes roles as a lawyer and consultant from 2013 to 2018 and as a member of the RA Lawyers’ Union since 2013. In addition, they participated as an observer in the court observation program organized by the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia in 2013, further demonstrating their commitment to the legal profession and the integrity of the judicial process.
