Roza has built a strong legal career through diverse experience across both public and private sectors. Her early professional development included roles in financial institutions, government departments, and legal advocacy, where she gained practical experience in handling problematic assets, regulatory oversight, and public defense.

She has served as a lawyer in both legal consultancy and institutional settings, including a notable position at the Office of the Financial System Mediator, where she continues to contribute her expertise in resolving financial disputes.

In addition to her legal practice, she has pursued a parallel academic career. She has held lecturer positions at Yerevan State Medical University named after Mkhitar Heratsi and currently teaches at the Armenian-Russian University.
