Since 2013, Hrayr Badalyan has been a specialist-lawyer examining claims in the Office of the Financial System Mediator. Hrayr has gained professional experience in the field of alternative dispute resolution during his long-term activity. In the course of his professional activity, Hrayr has mediated disputes between consumers and financial organizations related to voluntary (health, property, support) and mandatory insurance, credit and bank account contracts.
Hrayr has participated in many conferences (“New Era of Alternative Dispute Resolution” conference, Yerevan 2023, “Corporate Management” conference, 2019, Frankfurt), passed a number of trainings (“Fraud Management & Dispute Resolution Workshop”, Mastercard Academy, May 30, 2024, etc.).
