🔷Since 2013 Diana has been providing legal services for businesses, non-for-profit groups and individual clients (producers, celebrities, creators, models, actors, artists, production and distribution companies).  She was also pleased to be a part of the in-house legal teams at various companies including All Media Distribution Company, Nebo Films Production Company, SartTalent Agency, and World Fashion Channel.

🔷In her role as a Legal Counsel, Diana has been successfully negotiating and defending clients’ interests, drafting agreements, providing verification and legal examination. Other expertise she has been supplying includes consulting in the field of copyright, rights related to copyright, and intellectual property. To round her services out, she also provides IP audits and due diligence, structuring deals as well as their analysis in order to identify risks for the clients’ activities, preparing the recommendations for their reduction and elimination, drafting of documents and legal opinions, providing services for pre-trial dispute settlements.
