Corrado Mora is an accomplished International Mediator and Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Corrado is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and an accredited mediator with CEDR, CIArb, and several other prestigious institutions. He is a member of multiple international panels of neutrals, including ICDR-AAA, WIPO, CPR, CEDR, CafA, ADGM, ECDR, and others. Additionally, he serves as a Consumer Mediator for the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Utilities and Environment (ARERA) and the Co.Re.Com. Regione Lombardia for Telecommunication Disputes. His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, offering high-level mediation and dispute resolution services globally.
An expert in mediation, ADR, and negotiation, Corrado is a contract professor at the University of Trento’s Faculty of Law and a seasoned trainer and consultant for the UN (UNDP, UNLB, UNFSU) and USAID. He is a member of the CIArb Approved Faculty List, serving as Course Director, Senior Faculty, Chief Assessor, and Moderator for CIArb’s Mediation Modules globally. Additionally, he is the Course Director for the CIArb Virtual Mediation Course and a contract consultant for CIArb.
He is also an Academy member of FIDRA – Florence International Dispute Resolution Academy and CAM-Camera Arbitrale di Milano, and an accredited mediation trainer with Italy’s Ministry of Justice. His broad experience includes providing training and consultancy across numerous international organizations and locations, contributing to the advancement of ADR practices worldwide.
A recognized expert in Mediation, Negotiation, and ADR, Corrado has lectured and spoken at international conferences organized by leading universities, Bar Associations, and organizations such as ICC, CPR, CIArb, and AMCA. He has also contributed to events hosted by UnionCamere Italia, various Chambers of Commerce, and Scuola Superiore dell’Avvocatura. An Attorney-at-Law with an LL.M. in ADR & Mediation, Corrado has admitted to the Bar in Verona, Italy, and have provided training through ELSA, the American Common Law Centre, and international law firms.
