🔹On the 2nd day of the “Awareness Program for Business Representatives and Advocates”, we started with a lecture on “Mediation Reforms in RA”, which was conducted by Maria Petrosyan, a senior lawyer-expert of the Centre for Legislation Development, and AMCA Director Tatevik Matinyan.

🔹During the speech, the implemented and planned reforms, the features of the qualification procedure for mediators and the prerequisites for the formation of a new culture of dispute resolution in Armenia were presented, and the participants asked the questions they were interested in and received their answers.

🔹We will continue the second part of the day with discussions and speeches in the field of remediation.
