Rinaldo Sali is Vice Director General of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration, a public company owned by the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
His main area of activities is arbitration as well as mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms management. In recent years, he has also dealt with over-indebtedness procedures and the negotiated settlement of business crises and insolvency.
He attended several courses on arbitration and mediation and he is author of books and papers on arbitration and speaker in international and domestic conferences and seminars on arbitration and mediation.
He taught arbitration law until 2021 in Castellanza University Law School, Italy.
