Մաչեյ Դուրբաս

Maciej Durbas (PhD, LL.M., MCIArb) is a partner and co-leader of arbitration at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, Poland. He is a dispute resolution expert with extensive experience as an arbitrator, counsel, and tribunal secretary. Maciej Durbas is a published author and frequent speaker on dispute resolution matters. He is a member of the arbitration committee of the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration in Poland. He is also listed on the VIAC practitioner list and the list of Recommended Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, as well as the arbitration database of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He is recognized in several rankings (Who’s Who Legal, Expert Guides, Chambers). Maciej Durbas also works with future generations of lawyers by coaching Jagiellonian University’s Vis Moot teams.
