He is an experienced advocate, mediator, and arbitrator who leads a boutique law firm in Kraków, Poland, specializing in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and commercial disputes. With a background that includes over 300 mediated cases and involvement in approximately 30 arbitration proceedings—serving as party representative, sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and presiding arbitrator—he has worked under the auspices of institutions such as the ICC, LCIA, VIAC, and leading Polish arbitration centers.
His legal practice spans ADR, litigation, real estate, aviation, and inheritance law. In addition to his legal work, he teaches academic courses in Alternative Dispute Resolution and professional ethics.
