🔷 Julian Cohen is currently the Head of Resolution Chambers . He is ranked as one of the leading Construction juniors at the Hong Kong Bar by Doyle’s Guide, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal.

🔷 Julian Cohen has over 30 years’ specialist and heavyweight experience of Commercial Disputes, Commercial Arbitrations, Construction & Engineering Disputes, Energy Disputes, International Arbitrations, and PRC Outbound Disputes. Sums in dispute in his cases vary from small to in excess of USD 2 billion. He has long standing commitments to the Asia-Pacific region (since 1998) and to the Middle East & Africa (since 2009) as an advocate and as an arbitrator.

🔷 He is experienced in arbitrations with the UNCITRAL Rules, HKIAC Rules, the LCIA Rules, the ICC Rules, the DIAC Rules, the QIACC Rules, having sat as Chair, a sole arbitrator and as a Wing in various arbitrations under these rules.
