🔷 Advocate Dinesh Kumar Bishnoi, FCIArb, FAIADR, FACICA, FPIArb, FMIArb, FPD, FIDIC (Q), FICA, DDRS, is registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and currently practising at Hon’ble Bombay High Court and other Courts and Tribunals at Mumbai, India.

🔷His Core areas of practice include Contractual, Commercial, Construction and Maritime
Arbitration.

🔷He has been sitting as Presiding Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator and Co-Arbitrator in a number of Arbitral Tribunals having been contributing to ADR for the last 42 years duly appointed by the Honorable High Courts, prime ADR institutions, reputed Law Firms and also by eminent parties.

🔷 Conducted various Judicial Trials as Presiding Officer of various Courts and has also acted as a Prosecuting Officer, Defending Officer and also as Judge Advocate at various Courts.

🔷During his entire distinguished and illustrious career of 42 years, he has been awarded twice
by The Hon’ble President of India.

🔷Achieved excellence as Assistant Director while dealing with Evaluation & Monitoring of
Investments at Army Group Insurance Fund with an exposure to a corpus of more than Rs.
25,000 crores (US $ 250 Billion) apart from dealing with top 500 corporate entities, all the
major Financial Institutions and Business Consortiums

🔷Was part of and assisted the Legal Team headed by the Senior Advocate and Counsel Mr. Darius
J Khambata (Ex. Advocate General and Ex Asst. Solicitor General) in Defence Real Estate matters
in Bombay High Court with exemplary success.

🔷Acted as a Contract Operating Officer and handled contract matters worth more than Rupees
100 Crores / 1 billion USD.

🔷Presently sitting with Retired Chief Justices and Retired Judges of various High Courts on
Arbitral Tribunal as Presiding Arbitrator/Sole Arbitrator/Co‐Arbitrator.

🔷Passed a Final Award as a Sole Arbitrator in an International Maritime Arbitration seated in
London in accordance with LMAA Terms with English Law applied.

🔷Also handling International Commercial and Contractual Arbitrations on being appointed by foreign
entities as Arbitrator.

🔷Also handling arbitration cases of Public Sector Undertakings as an Arbitrators.

🔷As a Sole Arbitrator, presently handling a Commercial Arbitration on being appointed by the
President, Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), when both parties could not agree on a common
name.

🔷Interviewed In Person for Fellowship by esteemed Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre’s
(HKIArb) President, Hon’ble Kwong Chi Keung JP on 11 June 2024 at HKIArb office in Hong Kong
and approved for Fellowship (FHKAIrb).
