Johannes P. Willheim is an international attorney and dispute resolution professional with more than 20 years of experience. He acts as a trusted party advisor to clients prior to, during, and post formal proceedings, as well as an advocate in formal arbitration, litigation, and ADR proceedings.

He currently serves as a Partner at the “Partner Global Disputes” and teaches “International Commercial Arbitration”, “Integrated Dispute Management” and “Competition Law in International Arbitration” at leading academic institutions like Pepperdine University and the University of Chicago Law School.

Johannes has substantial sector specific experience and knowledge in art, aviation, chemical industries, construction and engineering, energy (oil and gas as well as renewables), fashion and luxury goods, industrial design and materials, media and entertainment, life sciences, pharma and regulated industries, in particular network industries (e.g. telecommunications, electricity and gas), retail, robotics, software development and licensing and tobacco.
