Brandon Malone is an Arbitrator with Arbitra International, Brandon is a dual-qualified lawyer, and a member of the bars of both Scotland, a mixed civil/common law system, and England and Wales.

He has extensive experience of advocacy in commercial dispute resolution before the courts and various tribunals. Brandon has been appointed as sole arbitrator, party and institutional appointed wing arbitrator, and tribunal chair in arbitrations under the rules of LCIA, CIArb, SIAC, AAA, ICDR, and various ad hoc procedures. Brandon was the founding Chairman of the Scottish Arbitration Centre (2011 to 2022). 

He is the current Chairman of the Scottish Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and he is a member of the ICC UK Committee.  Brandon is recommended in the Who’s Who Arbitration Report with peers and colleagues commenting that “Brandon is a great legal mind” and “He is incredibly hard working”.
