Ana Stanič is a Director of the boutique law firm E&A Law Limited, specialising in energy, environmental, arbitration, international and EU law.

Ana is a triple-qualified lawyer with expertise in the legal systems of England & Wales, Ireland and Australia.

Ana has extensive experience in working in SEE, CIS, Russia, Turkey, East Med, Nigeria and China.

With a broad commercial and legal background, Ana has represented clients in numerous commercial arbitrations (including gas price review arbitrations) and investment treaty arbitrations, with a particular focus on energy, infrastructure, maritime boundary and shareholder disputes, under the rules of most of the leading international arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, ICSID, VIAC, SCC and the Polish Arbitration Court. Ana is also a member of the PCA Court of Arbitrators since 2019. Ana has been appointed by the European Commission as an arbitrator for bilateral disputes under the EU’s trade and investment agreements with third countries in June 2022. 

Ana is a professor at the Technische Universität (Berlin), CEPMLP (Dundee) and UIBE (China) in the fields of public international law, arbitration and energy law.

Ana was listed as one of the top 5 UK Energy (Power) lawyers in 2024 and in the top 11 UK Energy (Oil and Gas) lawyers in 2023 by Chambers & Partners.
