The manual aims to introduce to a non-professional audience what arbitration is, its advantages and how it works.
The manual is not a scientific research, it aims to present the minimum information in an accessible, non-professional language that will enable businessmen and people interested in the field to form a general understanding of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia, the scope of disputes examined by the Center, the requirements presented to arbitration agreements, the the procedure for enforcement of arbitration awards and the cases in which courts of general jurisdiction may be involved or assist in arbitration proceedings.
