Prior to joining UATE, Alla was the Head of the Legal Pracitce at PwC Armenia, where she led the company’s legal practice, providing high-quality advisory services to both local and international clients. During her tenure, Alla also participated in shaping national policy frameworks in areas such as green finance, electric mobility, digital financial services, and cybersecurity—projects supported by major international institutions including the Green Climate Fund (GCF), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).

Alla is a Chevening Scholar and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in addition to bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from Yerevan State University. She is a licensed advocate and a certified patent attorney in Armenia.
