🔷Gagik is a partner at HAP Law Firm. He is an advocate and makes negotiations for complex transactions and for resolving legal disputes, as well as protects the rights and interests of clients in complex legal disputes in court and arbitration.

🔷Gagik trains bankruptcy administrators in the SRO “Board of Bankruptcy Administrators”. He is also a mediator accredited by the British CEDR. Based on Gagik’s application, the decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia in the field of inheritance by will changed the practice formed by the Court of Cassation of the Republic of Armenia and applied by the courts and notaries of the Republic of Armenia. Based on Gagik’s cassation appeals, the RA Court of Cassation adopted a number of precedent decisions in the field of civil law and bankruptcy law.

🔷Gagik defended the interests of 120 employees in the bankruptcy case of a large mining company. He defended the interests of 100 employees in the bankruptcy case of a large light industry company. He represented the interests of banks in bankruptcy cases of large companies in the telecommunications and construction sectors. He represented the interests of a client in the bankruptcy case of a large fast-food company (using a world-famous brand).

🔷Gagik also defended the interests of banks and a large company importing laboratory and industrial chemicals in civil cases, including arbitration.
