Kurdyan is the Vice-Director of “Unique Consulting Group” LLC. He is also the coordinator of urban planning in “ARTCOMPANY” LLC and “LOGICON DEVELOPMENT” LLC. 

Arayik’s work experience spans various roles, including Senior Specialist at the Municipality of Yerevan, Head of Department and Internal Auditor at the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia, and Director at “Prof Consulting Service” LLC. 

He is currently a member of the Commission for the Study of Urban Planning Documents by the order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, the Scientific Council established by the President of the Urban Development Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the Black Sea Countries Cooperation.
