Mushegh Manukyan is one of the leading experts in the field of international private law in Armenia. He is the author of more than 30 scholarly articles and two books published in the United States, Armenia, Russia, and Italy. Mr. Manukyan is a graduate of Harvard University, the Russian State Social University, and Yerevan State University, as well as a recipient of numerous international scholarships. He currently serves as the Head of the Mediation Division at the Office of the Ombudsman for United Nations Funds and Programmes.
Mr. Manukyan is a licensed attorney in both New York and Armenia. He has previously worked as a lawyer at the Washington, D.C. office of an international law firm and served as mediator, arbitrator, and founding CEO of Armenia’s first private mediation and arbitration center, “ADR Partners.” Mr. Manukyan has also held senior legal positions at National Instruments, VivaCell-MTS, and MobiDram. He has taught international private law and alternative dispute resolution at the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University and the American University of Armenia, where he established and led the Mediation and Arbitration Clinics.
