On December 7, a two-day training course began for judges and lawyers from Lori, Tavush, and Shirak regions. The course is organized by AMCA with the aim of raising awareness among the professional community about alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
The event was launched with a speech by AMCA Director Tatevik Matinyan, who emphasized the development prospects of the field in Armenia.
Participants were introduced to the distinctive features of the activities of AMCA and the essence of arbitration and mediation.
Special attention was given to the practical application of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tools and the role of lawyers in arbitration and mediation processes.
During the training, the advantages of ADR mechanisms and the principles of AMCA’s operations were presented.
As a result of this two-day training, participants will gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to make their work in the field more effective.
