🔷 During the Swedish Arbitration Week, Tatevik Matinyan, Director and Secretary General of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia (AMCA), met with Caroline Falconer, Secretary General of the SCC Arbitration Institution. They discussed the details of a memorandum of understanding to be signed between AMCA and SCC Arbitration Centers, the upcoming courses and trainings, prospects for cooperation, and how the two institutions can jointly contribute to addressing and advancing arbitration-related challenges.
🔷 During her working visit to Sweden, Ms. Matinyan also met with Hayarpi Drmeyan, First Secretary of the Embassy of Armenia in Sweden, where they discussed the importance of arbitration and mediation, as well as their role in business development. They also discussed the role of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of Armenia in ensuring the protection and reliability of international investments.
