Since 2013 Diana has been providing legal services for businesses, non-for-profit organizations and individual clients (producers, celebrities, creators, models, actors, artists, production and distribution companies).  She was a part of in-house legal teams at various companies including All Media Distribution Company, Nebo Films Production Company, SartTalent Agency, and World Fashion Channel.

In her role as a Legal Counsel, Diana has been successfully negotiating and defending clients’ interests, drafting agreements, providing verification and legal examination. She has also been conducting consultations in the field of copyright and intellectual property. To round her services out, she also provides IP audits and due diligence, structuring deals as well as their analysis in order to identify risks for the clients’ activities, preparing the recommendations for their reduction and elimination, drafting of documents and legal opinions, providing services for pre-trial dispute settlements.

Diana’s experience in providing legal services and negotiation for more than 11 years in such industries as film, entertainment, fashion, advertising, music, art, and creative industries, as well as her comprehensive understanding of the specifics of the functioning and conducting business in these industries allows her to successfully supply mediation services in these industries.
