During the Second Annual Armenian Arbitration Conference AMCA’s director Tatevik Matinyan and Vienna International Arbitral Center’s president Dr. Nikolaus Pitkowitz have signed a Memorandum of Understanding. Through this MoU, parties agreed promote arbitration and mediation, enhance arbitration and mediation-related services and strengthen the cooperation between AMCA and VIAC.

AMCA’s Director Tatevik Matinyan believes that collaboration with one of the prominent arbitral institutions such as VIAC allows AMCA to empower institutional capacity while reinforcing its commitment to promoting arbitration and mediation in Armenia.

According to the agreement, parties will, whenever possible, facilitate, co-organizer, and co-host lectures, conferences, and seminars on relevant topics in both jurisdictions. They will also welcome visits from duly appointed representatives of each institution to foster collaboration under the agreement.
